When we bought our block in East Perth it was quite daunting starting the design process for a home that met the East Perth development guidelines, a thick set of rules governing how and what we could build. We tried a couple of well known building groups but were not happy with the knowledge the ‘display home’ consultants had for a project like ours. Modifying a pre designed plan was not working for us. We saw a Smallblocks sign on another site and made the call. Everything was made easy for us and we are more than happy with the final completion of our new home, especially since we downsized from a much larger family home.
